Trip to Jerry's

We just got back from vacation, so I've got a ton of pictures to go through and post, but for now I'll post pictures of our lunch date to Jerry's Sno Cones.

It's a rare day that I get to spend the whole day with all three of my boys, so I'm so glad we got to make some fun memories this week. The boys both got to sample our Sno cones, and of course, they loved them! :)

My favorite- cherry supreme!

Love my guys!

Birthday Money

Fisher got a Target gift card for his birthday. He was so exited about getting to spend it on whatever he wanted. He picked trains, which are his current obsession. He got three Thomas trains and a Thomas book.
And Target is his new favorite store. :) Whenever we drive by, he shouts "there's Target!". He's so smart to already like that store. :)
He had to sit down to look at his stuff while I was buckling Sullivan in.

He fell asleep holding his new train.

It's so dark, but he lined up all of his new toys.

Summer Happenings

This one has become obsessed with wearing his brother's boots when we're outside. He can barely walk in them, but he's so proud to have them on.

He has also started climbing on everything. The dishwasher, the table, his high chair while I was washing the tray.

I got to visit sweet baby Emerson a few weeks ago. My friend Staci from work is his mama.

Napping hard.

We made playdough while Brother was sleeping. Fisher loved helping stir it and picking out the colors to put in it!

We went to the Pink Palace to see the bug exhibit. All I can say is, I'm glad it was free. The boys hated it! I think it was the larger than life bugs that freaked them out.

Fisher's 3 Year Checkup

This big boy also checked out healthy! I didn't get any pictures of him being weighed or measured because I was consoling another screaming child. :)
Fisher weighed 28 pounds (10th percentile) and was 36 inches tall (25th percentile). He's small but mighty!
He had his blood pressure checked, which he surprising didn't mind. It might have had to do with watching something on Daddy's phone. :) His blood pressure was 80/58.

He also had to get his finger pricked, which he did not enjoy.

And, he's over the pictures. :)

Dr. Catherine was very impressed that he hasn't been to the doctor since his well child check up a year ago. I'm so thankful for good health and happy boys!

Sullivan's 15 Month Checkup

We had the boys checkups a few weeks ago. They're both healthy as can be and growing right on track!
He still hates being weighed.

Distracted by the tongue depressor.

Brother weighed in at 21 pounds and 7 ounces, which is in the 10-25th percentile, and was 31 inches tall, which is in the 50th percentile.

I'm so thankful for healthy boys!

Swimming Lessons

Fisher had swimming lessons a few weeks ago. Well, more of an introduction to water and dog paddling, I guess. He loved them! It always took a few minutes for him to warm up to the idea of getting in the pool, but then he quickly decided that he was very excited about it.
Day 1

Day 2

Day 3

Day 4

Day 5

Asher took the lessons the same week as Fisher, but he did not warn up to the idea of getting in the pool. So, the last two days the boys got to have their lessons together, which they really enjoyed. They have become professionals at jumping in the pool.
I didn't sign Sullivan up for lessons because of his extreme fear of strangers, but it ended up that he was the one most excited about the water! It was all I could do to keep him from running into the pool. :)
Fisher still loves to show me how he can "swim" in the bathtub, and he also likes to blow bubbles under the water. I can't wait to see how he does in the water at the beach this year!

A Few More MBBY Visits

We've gone to MBBY a few more times with friends over the past few weeks. I'm so thankful that my boys love playing with their friends and that we have a fun place to do it!

Jackson, Brooklyn, Sullivan, Fisher, Brantley, and Colton-we had our hands full with these kiddos!

Lunch time! We played with Lilliana, Hamilton, Benjamin (well, he slept the whole time), Luke, Brady, Jane Ellis, Aubrey, and Alden (who also slept a lot).

This was right before S threw his hat in the pond. I was able to rescue it, although I was a little worried the giant catfish were going to think my hand was fish food. :)

He loves playing in the water! Both boys would be just fine only playing in the little river and not going anywhere else!
