38 Weeks
We thought this was it! I started contracting at work on Saturday night, and was also having low back pain and nausea. I wanted to make sure I got to the hospital in plenty of time, since I need to get antibiotics and my labor was so fast with Sullivan. I left work about 2:30 in the morning and drove home. My contractions got more intense as I was driving and I started to think that we would have another delivery like Sullivan's. I got home, changed clothes, and we drove to the hospital, with me contacting about every 5 minutes. Once I got there and got checked in...they stopped. I was so mad! They did start again, but were sporadic and not causing any cervical change. I measured at 4 cm and 80 % effaced. We hung out for a few hours but nothing changed, so we came home. While I'm frustrated because I'm ready to have a baby, I'm glad to not be spending all day laboring! We'll just pray for patience and that we'll be ready when the actual time comes!
I was ready with my birthing ball! I love that thing...

37 Weeks
At 37 weeks, I am full term! Yay! We went to our weekly OB appointment. The baby's heart rate was 147, and I had made a little bit of progression to 4 cm and 70% effaced. Our favorite doctor is on this weekend, so it would be great if it happened now! I found out I'm GBS +, which means I'll need antibiotics during labor. I lost 2 pounds, so I've only gained a total of 24 pounds so far. I'm generally feeling more pressure and more uncomfortable, but I've still been able to do all of my regular activities. I did both of my prenatal fitness classes this week, as well as a dance/cardio class in an attempt to shake the baby out-ha! Starting Friday, I've been experiencing a lot more pelvic pressure, which has been extremely uncomfortable. Bouncing on a yoga ball or laying down does help some, but I can't do that all the time. Thanks to all this pressure, I'm over being pregnant and would love to have a baby now!! Daddy just told me he doesn't like the boy name we came up with, so it's back to the drawing board for that one!

Sullivan's First Haircut
Daddy's Birthday and Soccer Time
Daddy celebrated his birthday last week. He picked breakfast at a local pancake place.
I got chocolate chip pancakes. They were divine! And so unbelievably sweet, but Sullivan helped me eat them.
We found a tick on Fisher's leg, and has to do minor "surgery" to get it out.
Fisher started playing soccer last week. He was really excited!
He practiced for about 15 minutes and then he was over it. It's going to be a long season!

35 and 36 Weeks
The countdown is on for baby to arrive!! Aaaaggghh! It's getting real now!
At 35 weeks, I finally did my hospital preregistration for labor and delivery, and started having some very mild, very irregular contractions that are hardly worth mentioning. I bought something for the baby in case it's a girl, which I think is the first thing I've bought this pregnancy. It's a little pink bow that matches the coming home outfit in case it's a girl.
At 36 weeks, we had another checkup. The baby's heart rate was 153, and I was dilated to 3 cm and was 60% effaced. Dr. Pilgrim said my belly looked like it was "all baby", and I think I've dropped some. It looks like we'll be having a baby sooner rather than later, although that's not always the case. We decided on a girl name, but the jury's still out on a boy name. I started packing my bags for the hospital. I also had my work shower, which consisted of Mexican potluck at work and gift cards to Target. I love these ladies that I work with! I also bought a few things that we'll need after the baby is born, like a bottle when we give him/her one, milk storage bags for my pumped milk, and a few other things.

East Tennessee Wedding Weekend
My cousin got married this weekend, so we traveled to the Knoxville area to attend. Daddy didn't get to go since he already had a trip planned. We missed him, but had a lot of fun! It was also quite exhausting, but the boys had a great time.
Looking out the hotel window.
A side trip shopping to keep us occupied.
Rehearsal dinner time
A Saturday morning adventure at a mountain stream. The boys loved it! The water was freezing at first, but that didn't stop them. They stripped down to their underwear and splashed abs played.
The two bigger boys went on a hike with Aunt Jodie and YaYa. They were happy to report they didn't see any bears and that they had earned a mountaineering badge.
They crashed after their adventure on Saturday morning and then swimming at the pool. Sullivan fell asleep with his face directly in my armpit.
Wedding time! My dates were pretty cute.
The ceremony was beautiful! Hot, but pretty.
The boys were so excited about the cupcakes!
Seesters!
A sibling shot
Silly faces
My cousin made this beautiful chalkboard sign. She's so talented!
Watching the dancing. Those curls...
